Help with Earmark Pro

Lost your license key? Email us from the address you bought with and we'll send it again. It's also in your receipt email from Dodo Payments.
Key says it's in use on too many browsers? In a browser you no longer use, open Earmark, then Settings, then Remove from this browser. Or email us and we'll reset it.
Want a refund? See the refund policy.
Don't recognise a charge? Earmark Pro is sold through Dodo Payments, so the charge on your statement may show their name. Email us with the amount and date and we'll look it up.

Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Your version of Chrome helps too. Please don't send your saved sessions unless we ask; they stay private on your computer.
